3. Your agreement

By using Clean Team, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please let us know and we'll remove your account.

4. What we do

• Send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of cleaning businesses
• Store your name, WhatsApp number, and property details
• Manage scheduling, checklists, reminders, and post-clean reports
• Use AI to understand and respond to messages

5. What we don't do

• Employ cleaners — we provide tools for cleaning businesses
• Handle payments directly (coming soon)
• Share your data with other operators or customers

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (name, number, address)
• Let us know if you want your account or data removed
• Use the service in good faith

7. Our responsibilities

• Keep your data secure and isolated from other users
• Send messages only relevant to your account
• Tell you clearly what we store and why

8. Removing your account

Message us anytime: "Delete my account" — we'll remove your data within 7 days.

9. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll send you a message via WhatsApp before the changes take effect.
